Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of this Agreement is to define 'service providers' and 'Korean service providers' in connection with the KEN (kencso.org) operated by Stantec under the auspices of the European Union Mission in Korea, and to prescribe the rights, duties and responsibilities of 'users'.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. 'Service Provider' refers to Stantec, a company that provides services to this website.

2. 'Korea Regional Service Provider' refers to "Access Communication", a company that provides Korean language services at the request of 'Service Provider' and provides services under "Providing a Third Party of Personal Information".

3. The term "user" means a user who accesses the website and uses the website and services provided by "access communication" under this Agreement.

Article 3 (Regulations on the provision and alteration of services and the provision of responsibilities)

1. 'Service Providers' provide the following services to this website through 'Korea Regional Service Providers'.

   1. Announcement and application service for online and offline events

   2. Newsletter

2. The 'Service Provider' may change the contents of this website and the events announced due to unavoidable circumstances or circumstances. In this case, however, the changed contents must be notified in advance, and the company shall not be held responsible for any problems arising from the change.

Article 4 (Notifications)

1. All information posted on this website is copyrighted by Stantec.

2. The user's personal information is managed in compliance with the "Personal Information Handling Policy" separately notified on this website.
